Staying Centered in Times of Crisis
The current situation has challenged many of us in ways we would not have anticipated. With the fabric of our society shifting under our feet, job loss, illness (one virus or another), isolation on one hand, seeing too much of the same people on the other, fear and uncertainty constantly with us, we can become anxious and fatigued. Even knowing that stress and fear will compromise our immune systems, we cannot seem to help feeling what we're feeling and doing whatever we can to ensure that we get through this with as little discomfort as possible. In this class, we'll discuss ways to cope, to stay centered despite the pandemic of fear.
